START AND MAINTAIN YOUR CLEP PROGRAM REQUEST FORM

CLEP educational professionals should complete this form to request access to items necessary for starting and maintaining a CLEP program. These items include the CLEP Test Center Application, forms to update your institution’s contact information, and more.

For testing irregularities or technical support issues use the following resources:

Test irregularities: Complete a Center Problem Report (CPR) within the CLEP testing platform.
Test center technical support issues: Call 800-241-5357 or email CLEPiBTSupport@ets.org.

Access to the following is available without completing this form:

CLEP Test Administrator Handbook: Available for PTCAs and designated TCAs by logging into the eLearning platform.
Score Recipient / Designated Institution (DI) Application: Available for non-K-12 organizations to receive scores and to create credit policies.
Electronic Score Reporting (ESR): Information and directions available for current paper score recipients.
