How many years has the nominee worked in enrollment management?

Nominators must be the nominee’s direct supervisor or a member of their office leadership who can affirm institutional support for their participation in ELA if they are selected. While there is no participation fee for ELA, institutions are responsible for travel expenses for ELA meetings (approximately three regional meetings and travel to College Board Forum).
