Digital Readiness Check

Note: If your school participates in state-sponsored accountability SAT Suite testing in the spring, additional information about how to implement digital testing will be provided this fall. Please fill out this form for fall 2023 testing support for the PSAT/NSMQT and PSAT 8/9, if needed.

Starting in fall 2023, students will take the digital PSAT 8/9 and PSAT/NMSQT on College Board's new testing app Bluebook™. Students will take the digital PSAT 10 and digital SAT School Day on Bluebook starting in spring 2024. So we can best support your transition to digital, please read the details below and tell us more about your school's network.

Network Specifications for Digital Testing

  • An internet connection is required at the start and end of the test, but students can keep testing if their connection drops momentarily.
  • Minimum bandwidth per student testing at the same time over the same network is 200 Kbps.
  • You'll need to allow traffic to and from College Board.

If you would like to request an internet support device from the College Board, please complete our request form at sat.org/psatinternetsupport.
