AP Workshop Order Form

The AP program offers professionals learning workshops for districts, states, and schools. Visit our catalog to see our offerings and view the  AP Professional Learning Pricing Guide for pricing information. 

Complete the form to request one of the options in the catalog above. Request for district or state hosted workshops* are received on a rolling basis and must be received six weeks in advance of the requested start date. If you are requesting more than one workshop type (AP Subject, Cross-curricular, or Achieving AP Access for All), a separate form must be submitted for each request. 

*The following 2025-26 dates are not available:
  • 2025 AP Exam Administration: May 4-15, 2026
  • AP Reading: June 1- 20, 2026
  • AP Annual Conference: July 21-23, 2026

Section 3: AP Professional Learning Request
Select the workshop that you are requesting. if you would like to order more than one, a separate order form is required for each type.

Please Note:
  • Cross-curricular workshops are 3 hours only
  • AP Course Skills & Practices may be extended to a 6 hour workshop, upon request
  • Achieving AP Access for All workshops are 7.5 hours only

Enter the number of different workshop sessions you are interested in purchasing. For example, you can order 2 or more 3-hour blocks.

AP subject workshops may be 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 hours

If you have not finalized the location yet, please note TBD. A final location must be provided 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the workshop.




Section 4. AP Professional Learning Terms & Conditions
Please use the pricing guide to calculate the amount due. If you are a College Board member, please apply a 15% discount to the total. The final amount will be confirmed at the same time your request is confirmed. A purchase order will be due at that time. If you need assistance with the pricing guide, please reach out to appl@collegeboard.org.



If you cannot provide it at this time, a copy must be sent to appl@collegeboard.org at least four weeks prior to the workshop.
